Law of Physics says An Rocket Engine needs an Propellant to make it function based on Newton's II Law - Law of Conservation of Momentum

Rocket Propulsion mechanism requires a Thrust which can be modelled from generalization of the above Newton's II Law

When an English Scientist Mr. Roger Sawyer came up with an Space drive called Em-Drive!!! In the year 2000,

The responses were obvious !!!

Almost every one laughed at him, except for few Chinese Scientists who took it more seriously.

We, Humans have always been fascinated by something called flying...And Space science has almost attracted every Social animal in this earth

Now the concept of Em Drive put forward by Sawyer is that thrust can be produced using microwaves in an closed container and the source for microwaves shall be solar energy!!!

So what does it do?!?!

It reduces almost half the size of a Space ship 

So, The dream of Humans to travel is not so far

Still,

Humans could also travel further into space, generating their own propulsion on the way.  

When London-based Sawyer came up with concept, the only team that took him seriously was a group of Chinese scientists.

In 2009, the team allegedly produced 720 millinewton (or 72g) of thrust, enough to build a satellite thruster. But still, nobody believed they had achieved this.

Now Pennsylvania-based scientist Guido Fetta and his team at Nasa Eagleworks have published a paper that demonstrates that a similar engine works on the same principles.

Their model, dubbed Cannae Drive, produces much less thrust at 30 to 50 micronewtons - less than a thousandth of the output of some relatively low-powered ion thrusters used today.

NASA is yet to explain why its engine works. This could mean that either the results are wrong, or the space agency has confirmed a breakthrough in space propulsion!?!?!
