Choice is yours!!!

Luckily I have friends who have got settled almost all part of the globe, they can be easily differentiated into two categories, 
One, who loves their hometown, culture, tradition etc, and would abide by them wherever they go...feel pride on the same

 Other, who would be interested in living in their own way, would love to do whatever they like and of course they have safe card stating that their independence is till the tip of the nose of others!!!

 Now the former are always keen about their originality but somehow they become more conservative in many ways, in order to be at par with them the latter behaves in a controversial way...You could see in most of the tamilians who got settled in abroad or even in Mumbai, Bangalore saying....Chennai is worst place to live with hell like traffic, pollution, heat, no one speaks Hindi, no night life etc..........look at our place we have this .............that..........................(most of them would have minimum investment at Chennai)

 We always have rights to praise something what they like but not to degrade just because they have moved away from their native. One of my close pals who was at Chennai for a short duration on official deputation complained that his car got scratched (may be by school kids) when he had parked near his home, and his Facebook status states It happens in Chennai within a month but it never happened in Bangalore or Mumbai....

 I understand either Mumbai or Bangalore or Chennai these things happen irrespective of the geography, with due respect to all of the cities in India for their heritage and culture, i feel each of them have their own merits and demerits

 Yes, as usual i developed an argument with him, where he was saying Chennai can never be as good as Bangalore in any respect,
Just to mention here even i personally would like to get settled in Bangalore if given a chance, and would be happily to identify myself as an Mumbai wala too....but my love & passion towards my hometown or Chennai will always be the same. Fortunately or unfortunately the next day had a small bomb blast in Bangalore, which added fuel to my argument to restrict him,

 May be from that incident we both had developed a gap in our relationship, I graciously admire his affection towards Bangalore but i can never allow someone to blame my place for such cranky reasons.

 Recently there was a post in Facebook from one of by friend, the gist was very clear...that any foreigner who comes to India for any reason let it be a leisure trip or business trip they come as their country men, visit & explore India as country men, live here as their countrymen and leave as same...But whenever our Indians get a chance to visit any of the foreign countries a(only majority not everyone), you could witness a great change in their attitude or to be exact they feel being here as Shit!!! Scenario changes completely

 This applies very well for Tamilians in India, All of my Other state friends who live at Chennai for official reasons are always behave and maintain their states custom and culture. But we have an odd & awkward way to avoid our culture by saying " I don't like it, it doesn't attract me................." 

 Think on it, We can adopt 100's of Old Men as our Father, 1000's of Old Women as Mother but no one can be original, its not only biology or physiology- more than what science cannot discover ......1 out of a crore grows in the Womb...so if we leave the originality then we are obviously equivalent to a dead body.

 For those who feel shame to express themselves as what they are and where they belong or for those who feel shit on their home town & originality Please reconsider...

 Am a Tamilian, I Love Tamil Nadu- I was born & brought up in Pudukkottai and i feel proud for it, I always will praise Chennai for whatever it has....

Am an Indian, i will always  be so, No matter wherever i go!!! I will always live like an Indian!!! I will definitely preserve, maintain and follow our traditions and culture rationally no matter who you are and what you are up to , I will respect you because that's what our Culture is.....!!!

"கால மகன் கட்டிவைத்த ஆலமர ஊஞ்சலிலே  ஏழை மக்கள் ஆடுகின்றார் ஆராரோ ஆராரோ  இதில் எதிர்கால மன்னவர்கள் யார் யாரோ? யார் யாரோ?" கும்பகோணம் தீ விபத்தில் குழந்தைகள் பலியான பொழுது சிந்திய கண்ணீர் கவிதை  "கோவில்கள் அதிகம் கொண்ட ஊராமே குடந்தை - அப்படியென்றால்  இந்த அக்கிரமத்திற்கு அத்துணை தெய்வங்களுமா உடந்தை" ஹைக்கூ !!! தன் தலையைச் சீவியவனுக்கே ! தண்...

மயில் !!!

வான்வெளியில் மேகம் கொஞ்சம் மோகம் கொண்டு வாடயிலே மனம் கொள்ளை போகும் அழகு மயில் தோகை கொண்டு ஆடையிலே சீராக சேலை கட்டி சேயிழையாள் நடந்து வந்தால் வண்ண மயில் பெண்ணொருத்தி வந்தால் என்றே வார்த்தைகளால் வடிவம் சொன்னார்  அசைந்தாடும் பூவிடையாள் அங்கம் வளைந்தாடும் எழிலை கண்டு தோகை மயில் ஆடுதென்றெ வகை வகையாய் கவிதை தந்தார் கண்களிலே களி நடனம் புரியும் காந்தவகை பெண்ணை எல்லாம் இன்பமாய் தோகைதனை அசைந்தாடும் மயில்தான் என்றார்  நானறிந்த வரையில் பாட்டுக்கு புகழ் சேர்த்த புலவர் எல்லாம் களங்கமில்லா பெண்ணழகை மயிலேன்றே பாடிவைத்தார்  தோகை கொண்ட மயில் என்றால்   ஆண் மயில்தான்!!! அதன் அழகு எல்லாம்  மழை மேகம் கண்டு ஆடும்  ஆண்மையில்தான்!!! கற்பனைக்கு தர்க்கவியல் தேவை இல்லை இருந்தபோதும் ஆண் இனத்தை கௌரவிக்க ஏன் புலவர் எவரும் விரும்பவில்லை?!?! எனக்கென்ன நானும் கூட மயில் போன்ற பெண் மேலே மையல் கொண்டேன்   இருந்தாலும் அறிவியலின் அடித்தளத்தை மனதில் வைப்பேன்   எண்ணமும் எழுத்தும்  - குருஸ்...

புதுக்கவிதைக்கு மணிவிழா!!!

தமிழ் கூறும் நல்லுலகில் பொதுவாகவே நம் எல்லோரிடமும் பழக்கமாகிவிட்ட ஓர் கசப்பான உண்மை என்னவென்றால்  நமக்கு எதோ ஒன்று - உணவோ, உடையோ,நிறமோ, மனமோ, கலையோ, விளையாட்டோ,  மனிதர்களோ இப்படி ஏதேனும் நாம் ரசிக்க கூடியவைகளில் நமக்கு பிடித்தமானதை தவிர அதற்கு நிகரனாவை அனைத்தையும் வெறுப்பது ஒரு தேசிய குணம் என்றாகிவிட்டது  பெரும்பாலும் கலைத்துறையில் ஒரு நடிகரின் ரசிகர், அவருக்கு இணையாக தொழில் ரீதியான போட்டியில் உள்ள மற்றொரு நடிகரை மிக அவதூறாக பேசுவது, நினைப்பது என்று தொன்று தொட்டு நம் வியாதிகளில் ஒன்றாகவே ஆகிவிட்டது  சமிபத்தில் என்னுடைய நண்பர்களில் சிலர் நான் கவிஞர் வைரமுத்து அவர்களின் மணி விழாவுக்காக எழுதிய வாழ்த்து கவிதை படித்துவிட்டு  " நீ வாலி ரசிகன் தானே என்ன திடிர்னு வைரமுத்து"  இந்த வரிகள் நிச்சயம் எனக்கு அபத்தமானவையாகவே தெரிகிறது ..ஆம் ஏனெனில் கலை என்பது ரசிக்க வேண்டியது கலைஞர்கள்  பாரட்டபடவேண்டியவர்கள் என்பது தான் நிதர்சனம்  எனக்கு எம் ஜி யாரின் சுறுசுறுப்பு  பிடிக்கும் சிவாஜியின் உணர்வும் பிடிக்கும்  கலைஞரின...
