நிலவிடம் கேட்டேன் ஒருமுறை!!! இருளினில் வாடும் இரவினிலே வெளிச்சத்தின் தேவைதனை  பூமிக்கு கொடையாய் தரும்  பூவை உந்தன் பேரழகை  பாட மொழி நூறு உண்டு பூமியிலே  ஆனாலும் அழகே உனைப்பாட  என் இனிமை தாய்மொழியை  துணையாய் எடுத்து வந்தேன்  பொதிகை மலை சாரலிலே  குறுமுனியின் வாக்கினிலே  கூடல் நகர் சங்கத்திலே   தவழ்ந்து வந்த என்னருமை தமிழினிலே  சொல்லெடுத்து உன் எழிலை பாட வந்தேன்  என் முன்னே கவிஞர் பலர்  தன் கவியில் உன்னழகை  பலவிதமாய் உவமை சொன்னார்  கருமேக காதலனை மறுத்துவிட்ட மங்கை  உன் போல் மண்ணில் உள்ள பெண்ணினமும்  காதலை தவிக்கவிடும் குணமே கொண்டார்  எம் மனிதர் அன்றொருநாள்  உன் மண்ணில் கால் பதித்ததனால்   வடிவம் கெடவும் இல்லை   இருந்தபோதும் நீயின்றி நாங்கள் வாழ  ஒருவழியுமில்லை!! பால்வெளியில் விளையாடும்  பருவப்பெண்ணே  வெகுநாளாய்உன்னிடம் கேட்பதற்கு  கேள்விகள் ஆயிரம் உண்டு  என்றபோதும் ஒன்றை மட்டும் கேட்கின்றேன்  பதில் மொழிவாய் ...

MGR IS A PHENOMENON!!!
